The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code / BGB).
Since each art print is individually created from your personal photo and custom-produced specifically for you, the right of withdrawal is excluded once production has begun.
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at moc.dirgesrevitlum@olleh with a photo of the damage. We will send you a free replacement print.
Your statutory warranty rights are not affected by this exclusion of the right of withdrawal. In the event of defective goods, you are entitled to statutory warranty claims.
